Brennan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in all forms of strength training. National level Powerlifter, 5+ years in Olympic Weightlifting movements, 3+ years in Kettlebell strength training, and coached multiple athletes at the Olympic level. Brennan is passionate about guiding you to be the strongest version of you and getting there the right way.
